Blueberry-Almond Overnight Oats

Made up of primarily rolled oats, greek yogurt, and blueberries - Overnight oats are a great snack or dessert choice to pack a healthy dose of fiber, protein, probiotics, vitamin B-12, and antioxidants into your day! All of these nutrients work together to provide better digestion, help reduce cholesterol, and detox your body. Have it with your favorite toppings to satisfy those sweet-tooth cravings!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
4 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp unsalted almond butter
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, add greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Mix until you reach an even consistency.
Add rolled oats and blueberries. Mix again until you reach an even consistency.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Top with blueberries, almond butter, chocolate chips - and serve!
*Note: you can substitute the maple syrup / almond milk / almond butter with sweetener / milk / nut butter of choice, if desired.
