1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate (or regular whey protein if you prefer)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds, whole
1 tsp creamy peanut butter
Ice cubes (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
In a blender, add milk, protein powder, blueberries, chia seeds, and peanut butter.
Blend until smooth.
Optional: add ice cubes and blend once more to get a thicker smoothie consistency. This may be more desirable if using fresh blueberries instead of frozen ones.
