Anti-Bloat Celery Juice

A refreshing green juice with anti-inflammatory and digestive aid properties. This celery juice based recipe with spinach, ginger, lemon, and apple is exactly what we all need on a hot summer day!
Nutrition of Ingredients:
Spinach
high in iron and fiber
contains anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
Ginger
helps reduce bloating and nausea
contains anti-inflammatory properties
Celery
high in vitamin A, vitamin C, and magnesium
contains anti-inflammatory properties

Prep Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 cup organic chopped celery
1 medium-sized red apple
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
Fresh squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 cup (6 ounces) cold filtered water
Instructions:
Combine the spinach, filtered water, ginger, lemon juice, chopped celery and chopped apples into a blender or bullet (I like to use my Ninja Nutri Pro Compact Blender for this recipe).
Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.
Strain through a mesh strainer to separate out the pulp. This step is optional.
Serve on ice and enjoy!
