Anti-Bloat Celery Juice

A refreshing green juice with anti-inflammatory and digestive aid properties. This celery juice based recipe with spinach, ginger, lemon, and apple is exactly what we all need on a hot summer day!



Nutrition of Ingredients:

Spinach

  • high in iron and fiber

  • contains anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties

Ginger

  • helps reduce bloating and nausea

  • contains anti-inflammatory properties

Celery

  • high in vitamin A, vitamin C, and magnesium

  • contains anti-inflammatory properties

Calories / Serving: 100

Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw baby spinach

  • 1 cup organic chopped celery

  • 1 medium-sized red apple

  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • Fresh squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) cold filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Combine the spinach, filtered water, ginger, lemon juice, chopped celery and chopped apples into a blender or bullet (I like to use my Ninja Nutri Pro Compact Blender for this recipe).

  2. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.

  3. Strain through a mesh strainer to separate out the pulp. This step is optional.

  4. Serve on ice and enjoy!
