A sweet and refreshing juice recipe, with a little kick - to keep you hydrated all summer long. The best part about this juice is that it's very low-calorie and very high in health benefits!



Nutrition of Ingredients:


Mint

  • high in vitamins A, C, and D

  • contains anti-oxidant properties

  • helps with indigestion and nausea

Cayenne Pepper

  • high in vitamins A, C, and K

  • contains anti-oxidant properties

  • helps with metabolism and indigestion

Watermelon

  • high in vitamins A and C

  • contains anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties

  • helps with hydration and lowering cholesterol

Prep Time: 10 min


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks (cubed or chopped)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper

  • 4 fresh mint leaves, small or medium sized

  • 1/4 cup cold filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Add the watermelon chunks, honey, mint leaves, cayenne pepper, and filtered water to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until well-blended.

  2. Optional: pour through a mesh strainer to remove pulp.

  3. Pour on ice, garnish with mint leaves, and serve!
