Ingredients:
2 cups fresh watermelon chunks (cubed or chopped)
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
4 fresh mint leaves, small or medium sized
1/4 cup cold filtered water
Instructions:
Add the watermelon chunks, honey, mint leaves, cayenne pepper, and filtered water to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until well-blended.
Optional: pour through a mesh strainer to remove pulp.
Pour on ice, garnish with mint leaves, and serve!
