if using local honey, may help with seasonal allergies

Servings: 1
Calories / Serving: 515
Prep Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized avocado, ripened
2 tsp shredded parmesan
2 slices, any bread of choice (for this recipe, I like to use Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Grain Bread)
1/2 tsp sofrito seasoning (can be adjusted to taste)
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp black garlic seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
Sprinkle shredded parmesan on each slide of bread and toast until cheese is slightly melted.
Slice avocado; thickness of the slices depends on your liking. I like to make them very thin (~ 1/8th - 1/4th inch thick) for layering purposes.
Once toast is ready, top with sliced avocado (see photo above for arrangement).
Top with a drizzle of honey (about 1/2 tsp per slice of toast) and sofrito seasoning (~1/4 tsp per slice of toast, or to taste). *Optional to also add black garlic seasoning here (~1/4 tsp per slice of toast).
Top with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. And enjoy!
*Note: you can halve this recipe for a snack sized portion, or use the whole proportions for a meal.
