Shishito peppers are a great snack option, especially when keeping them simple with the prep. These tasty peppers are mild, high in fiber, and low-calorie!

Ingredients:
8oz Shishito Peppers
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp Togarashi seasoning
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1-2 Lemon wedge(s)
Instructions:
Heat a skillet to medium-high heat.
Toss shishito peppers in olive oil to evenly coat.
Place peppers in skillet and stir frequently, cook ~10 minutes or until peppers are blistered.
Place peppers on serving plate, sprinkle with togarashi seasoning and sea salt, squeeze lemon wedges and serve!
